Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide clear, compassionate, personalized medical care. Because our services begin immediately and include clinician time, secure messaging, and medical review, we use the following refund structure to ensure fairness for both clients and our practice.

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month begins. You may cancel future months at any time.

If you cancel early, refunds are available for unused full months only.
A $75 administrative fee applies to all early cancellations.

Medication fees are non-refundable, as pharmacies cannot accept returns.

The Founder’s Offer is non-refundable once your first month’s care begins.

If your provider determines that you cannot safely begin medication, we will refund unused membership fees (minus the administrative fee).
